Every product we make is rigorously tested to British, American, European and Australian safety standards; they bear both the CE mark and UKCA mark.
Age Suitability
We attach age guidance where relevant. This is marked on the product page and on the label. Please read all labels and remove packaging before use.
Washing & Care
Care instructions appear on the product page and the sewn-in label. Many toys are machine washable at 30°C. No tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning.
Measurement Note
Ears and tails will not ever be included in a measurement.
